Australia's Highest-Level

Business Mastermind Australia — for the operators who are actually building something.

The Collective Mastermind is Australia's highest-level business mastermind, founded by Greg Cassar and based on the Gold Coast. It's built for serious entrepreneurs doing $300K to $20M in annual revenue who want to scale, build wealth outside the business, and design the life — without the burnout.

Members compound across eight pillars: AI, business, investing, marketing, sales, biohacking, mindset, and lifestyle.

By application only.

02THE DEFINITION

Members of The Collective Mastermind together during a quarterly intensive on the Gold Coast, Australia.

A business mastermind is a curated peer group of serious operators compounding together — not a course, not a coach, not a webinar.

A business mastermind is a small, curated group of business owners — usually 15 to 30 — who meet regularly to share what's actually working, pressure-test decisions, and hold each other to a higher standard than they'd hold themselves. The term was popularised by Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Richa century ago. The format has aged well because the leverage is real: you don't grow at the speed of your effort, you grow at the speed of the people in your room.

A real mastermind is not a coaching program with a community attached. It's the inverse — the room is the product, and the founder is the curator. The Collective is run that way deliberately. Every member is screened. Every conversation is built on the assumption that the person across the table has already done the basics and is operating at scale.

03WHO IT'S FOR

The Collective Mastermind members on a Gold Coast group activity day during a quarterly intensive.

$300K to $20M in revenue. Already building something real.

The Collective is built for Australian business owners who are already past the survival stage. You're doing $300K to $20M in annual revenue. You have a team, or you're a sharp solo operator with momentum. You've outgrown courses, you've stopped reading the same business books your competitors are reading, and you know the next level isn't going to come from another framework — it's going to come from a sharper room.

You'll fit in The Collective if you're an eCommerce or Amazon operator scaling beyond seven figures, a service business owner who wants to scale without becoming the bottleneck, an information business or SaaS founder who needs better marketing leverage, or a multi-business operator who's trying to compound across business and investing rather than choosing one.

You won't fit if you're looking for a turnkey playbook, if you want to stay anonymous, or if you're not willing to commit for 12 months minimum. We don't apologise for the bar — it's the bar that makes the room work.

04THE FORMAT

Greg Cassar leading a small-group strategy session inside The Collective Mastermind.

Four intensives a year. Two group calls a week. A founder who picks up the phone.

The Collective runs on a rhythm designed for people who actually have businesses to run.

Four live intensives per year — two days, on the Gold Coast initially, with travel days planned for the future. Members fly in, the work goes deep, and you leave with a 90-day operating plan. Every intensive is recorded.

Two group consult calls per week — small-group strategy sessions where members bring real situations and get real feedback from Greg and the room. These are not lectures. They are working sessions.

AMA drop-in calls — open sessions where you can ask anything in front of the group. You can also bring a business partner.

Group activities before each intensive — jet ski runs, snow trips, yacht days, charity work. The trust that builds in the ocean is what makes the boardroom work.

Member-only resources— the full vault of recorded intensives, frameworks, swipe files, and Greg's investing breakdowns. Plus access to the private member chat where most of the actual leverage compounds.

Two tiers: Elite at $2,497/month (1-on-1s with Greg, all group calls, all intensives, all activities, a business partner can attend with you) or Accelerator at $997/month (everything except the 1-on-1s — same room, same content, same community). Twelve-month minimum, then month-to-month.

05THE 8 PILLARS

Lifestyle by design — Collective Mastermind members on a snow trip group activity.

We don't do business in a vacuum. We compound across all eight dimensions of a real life.

Every other mastermind teaches “scale your business.” That's stage one. The Collective is built on the bet that the operators winning the next decade will be the ones compounding across all eight pillars at once — not the ones who maxed out one and burned out the rest.

1. AI — using AI as leverage, not novelty. Building systems, agents, and workflows that compress what used to take a team into what one sharp operator can ship in a weekend.

2. Business — strategy, ops, team, systems, exit planning. The boring fundamentals done well.

3. Investing— equities, property, crypto. How to actually build wealth outside the business so you're not asset-rich and cash-trapped.

4. Marketing— direct response, paid traffic, organic content, conversion optimisation. Greg's home turf.

5. Sales — high-ticket sales, conversion psychology, sales team building.

6. Biohacking — sleep, nutrition, training, supplementation, longevity. The infrastructure underneath performance.

7. Mindset & EQ — emotional regulation, decision quality, leadership presence. The unsexy multiplier on every other pillar.

8. Lifestyle by Design — engineering a calendar that gives you your life back. Not someday — now.

Most members come in strong on two pillars and weak on six. The compounding happens fast.

06WHY A MASTERMIND

The Collective Mastermind room — a curated group of Australian business operators on a group activity day.

A course gives you information. A coach gives you accountability. A mastermind gives you the room.

The most expensive mistake business owners make is buying the wrong format. Here's the honest difference.

A courseis one-to-many information. It's a great way to learn a specific skill cheaply — funnel building, copywriting, Amazon FBA — but it's not how you scale a business. You can finish a course and still be guessing.

A business coach is one-to-one accountability. They help you stay focused, ask hard questions, and hold a mirror. But your blind spots are still your blind spots, and you only get one perspective.

A mastermind is the room. You stop guessing because someone in the room has already done it. You stop being the smartest person in the conversation. You stop thinking your problems are unique. The compounding effect of being in a room of operators who are 12 to 24 months ahead of you is something you cannot manufacture by reading more books or hiring more coaches.

That's why The Collective doesn't sell information. It curates the room.

08THE FOUNDER

Greg Cassar, founder of The Collective Mastermind.

Greg Cassar — twenty years of building, breaking, rebuilding.

The Collective is founder-led. Greg Cassar built and ran a direct-response marketing agency for seven years before launching The Collective in 2015. Across the agency and the mastermind, his team is responsible for over $500M in online sales, 2 million+ leads generated, and $100M+ in paid traffic spend across 350+ Australian and international businesses.

Today he runs a portfolio of companies doing up to $2M/month, lives in Byron Bay, surfs every morning, and runs The Collective as the room he wishes had existed when he was building.

09THE HONEST COMPARISON

Greg Cassar — founder of The Collective Mastermind.

There are good Australian masterminds. We're built differently.

Other Australian masterminds are good for what they're good for. Here's the honest read.

The Entourage (Jack Delosa) — broad-scale program, larger membership base, more general business coaching. Better fit for owners who want a structured curriculum and a wider community. The Collective is smaller, more curated, more direct-response/AI/investing-leaning, and founder-led with deeper marketing chops.

Business Blueprint (Dale Beaumont)— entry-level diagnostics and a wide course library. Excellent for early-stage operators who need education first. The Collective is the opposite — it assumes you've already done that stage and need a sharper room, not more curriculum.

Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO Australia) — the chapter-based confidential Forum model. Strong for operators above $1M who want peer-only support without coaching. The Collective combines the peer dynamic with founder-led teaching — Greg is in every call. EO is peer-only by design.

Business Benchmark Group — heavy lean into trades and construction. Niche specialism. The Collective covers ecommerce, services, info products, and SaaS.

We won't be the right fit for everyone reading this. If you want curriculum, choose Business Blueprint. If you want a peer-only forum, choose EO. If you want a curated room, founder-led, AI-Era frameworks, and the investing leverage to make wealth outside the business — that's what The Collective is built for.

10THE PROCESS

Greg Cassar speaking — applying to join The Collective Mastermind.

By application. Curated, not open enrollment.

The Collective is by application only. Here's exactly what happens after you click Enquire Now.

Step 1 — Application form (3 minutes).A short form covering your business, revenue range, what you're trying to build, and what you've already tried. Built to filter out tyre-kickers, not to interrogate you.

Step 2 — Strategy call with Greg (45 minutes).A real conversation, not a sales pitch. Greg wants to know whether this is the right room for you, whether the timing is right, and whether you're a fit for the room. About one in three calls ends with “this isn't the right fit yet” — that's the bar working.

Step 3 — Onboarding (within 5 business days). If both sides are a yes, you're in. Vault access, member chat introduction, calendar with the next intensive locked in.

We don't run sales pressure. The mastermind only works if everyone in the room actually wants to be there.
